Privacy Policy for Alien Coco
Last updated: February 10, 2026
Thanks for shopping with Alien Coco. Your privacy matters to us. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you make a purchase or contact us, how we use it, and how we keep it safe.
What information we collect
When you place an order, we receive certain personal information that you authorize Etsy to share with us. This may include your name, shipping address, email address, and order details such as what you bought and how much you paid.
We do not collect payment information like credit card numbers. Etsy handles payments and keeps that data secure.
How we use your information
We use your information to fulfill and ship your order, respond to customer service inquiries, provide updates about your order, and improve our shop and products.
We do not sell your information to third parties. We only share your details with trusted partners, such as shipping carriers, when necessary to complete your order.
Marketing and emails
We will only send you marketing messages, such as newsletters or promotions, if you choose to sign up for them. If you subscribe and later decide you no longer want to receive those messages, you can unsubscribe at any time.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data and follow applicable laws. However, no online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Legal rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights related to your personal information, such as access, correction, or deletion. If you have questions about your rights, you can contact us and we will respect any applicable privacy laws.
Contact us
If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy practices, please contact us through Etsy Messages or at the email address associated with the Alien Coco shop.
